Welcome to La Courlette, a warm and contemporary bastide located in Marseille (12th arrondissement), set in the heart of an exceptional natural environment. Surrounded by a 7,000 m² tree-filled park, completely private and not overlooked, and featuring a large swimming pool, La Courlette is the perfect place for a family holiday, a getaway with friends, or a peaceful retreat—while remaining close to the city center, the beaches, and the most beautiful sites of Provence.

The bastide boasts breathtaking views over the Calanques massif. Fully renovated to a high standard, it blends authentic charm with contemporary luxury.

With 4 bedrooms, the property can accommodate up to 8 guests. You will find all the comfort needed for a relaxing stay, including bed linen and towels, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

The bastide is conveniently located close to local amenities (Trois-Lucs village and nearby shopping area), the Golf de la Salette, and the charming village of Allauch.

It is also less than 20 minutes from the beaches and cultural attractions.
